Create your own Loyalty card system in four steps:
1) Step 1: download and install "Fidelity Card – Admin”;
2) Step 2: register your business and choose the appropriate loyalty system, i.e. POINTS or COUPONS and the bonus value limit for your clients;
3) Step 3: add clients to your network – the clients will download the free app "Fidelity Card - Client" and will send you their card number as provided by their app;
4) Step 4: grant points or coupons and when they reach the limit you set for getting a bonus, reward their fidelity; you may also send them push notifications with your promotions.
One important thing: please note that the loyalty system you choose in the beginning (EITHER Points OR Coupons) cannot be further changed.
The coupons reward the “visit” – i.e. for each visit to your store, the client gets a coupon.
The points reward the “value” – i.e. for each purchase, the client will get a number of points function of the amount spent.
In order to correctly use the COUPONS, you need to answer the question “How many times does the client need to use my services in order to get a bonus?”. For example. we will assume that you are a car wash and that your answer is “5 times”, meaning You have a special action of the type “for a 5-wash package you purchase, you get 1 free”.
In order to correctly use the POINTS, you need to answer the question “How much must the client spend in order to get a bonus?”. For example: we will assume that you are a restaurant and that your answer is “100€”; next, you set the app to grant 5 points for each 1€ spent, so that when your client spends 20€, he gets 100 points (20€ x 5 points) and when he reaches 500 points (i.e. he has spent 100€), he gets 10% for his next order. If you are a restaurant, a hotel or a shop and you wish to reward him, for a certain amount that he has spent, you will need points.
Beware!!! You can only make this choice once, in the beginning, and you cannot reverse it.
Easily and for free.
You create a secure account by clicking the “Register” button and by inserting the requested data. Your clients will see the name, the city, the web and facebook addresses as well as the description of the discount, the remaining data being confidential.
If you want to insert your logo and you cannot find it on Google, send it to us by email and we will add it for you.
First step – you ask your client if he has the Fidelity Card – Client app.
If yes, ask him for his card number (which is automatically generated by the app on his device); insert this number without the zeros in the beginning on field 1 and push button 2 “Add new client”; then ask your client to confirm his acceptance by pressing the “Confirm card” button.
If you client does not have the app installed, ask him to access www.fcscli.eu in the browser of his device or to look for the Fidelity Card - Client on Google Play or the App Store. The client will log on with his Facebook account and will create a client account. Then go to the first step.
Once a client has been added, you will select him from your client list by his card number or by his name.
In order to grant points, select the client, fill in the total value of his purchase in field 4 “Receipt Value in EUR” and then press the button “Add points”.
You will receive a confirmation message. Confirm the adding; if you change your mind, push the “Cancel” button.
To use the points, select the client for which this action is intended and press button 5 “Use Points”.
The points will be granted and the system will automatically deduct them from the client’s total.
In order to grant coupons, select the client and then press the “Add coupon” button. You will receive a confirmation message.
Confirm the adding of the coupon; if you change your mind, press the “Cancel” button.
To use the coupons, select the client for which this action is intended and press button 3 “Use Coupons”.
The coupons will be granted and the system will automatically deduct them from the client’s total. If the client does not have enough coupons, you will get an error message.
You may do this quite easily, by using the “Messages” button in the menu and by filling in the subject of the message and its contents. These messages are actually PUSH NOTIFICATIONS and they reach all clients that have confirmed the card they received from you. The free app has a limit of 5 messages / month.
You may also send individual messages from the individual client pages.
The messages may contain any kind of information, including promotions!
